Beef Flank Steak, now in convenient packaging. We previously carried Flank, however, it only came in large packs that were too large for most customers. We now have a very high-end flank specially cut and packed in Miami. 1 to 2 flank slabs per pack.
Many of our customers have been using their Flank for ‘cutters’ on the grill by cutting it thin and at an angle. Flank is also used in many Latin American dishes as shredded Beef. A quick search on the Internet will give you some more great ideas.
