This is a Tenderloin Steak, wrapped in bacon. Grill or pan ready. If you ever want a Pork Filet or Tenderloin, but you don’t want to to cook an entire loin, this is for you. Just plop onto the grill and they cook in minutes. These are roughly 4 oz each.
