Artisan, homemade Lamb Burgers from Jenny’s Kitchen. These are exceptionally good and we have commissioned Jenny to create for us. Please note these are hand-pressed “burgers”, not machine pressed ‘patties’. Patties usually have a lot of ‘extra’ things in them. Things like soy, proteins, whey, fillers, emulsifiers and binders. This is because SOY is cheaper than MEAT.
Our ingredients: Lamb, Yogurt, Fresh Mint, Carrots, Bread Crumbs, Egg, Seasoning. That’s it! Fresh ingredients to let the meat do the talking.
