AMBROSIA BY CHRISTINE was created by Christine Roopchand-John as an alternative to commercial products filled with additives, preservatives, food colouring and MSG. The Ambrosia by Christine brand includes Curry Paste, Sauces, Fruit Curds, Pasta Sauces Condiments, Jellies and Wine Jellies, all made in small batches to ensure quality control. These products are all natural, using local herb and selected spices. No preservatives and No MSG. All products are Gluten Free.

STEAK AND RIB SAUCE – a dark sauce made with the finest ingredients that enhances the flavor of steaks ribs, poultry and seafood. Excellent for a slow cooked sticky ribs.
LEBANESE GARLIC SAUCE – a authentic Lebanese Garlic Sauce, full of flavor, all good all natural.
APPLE MINT PEPPER JELLY – our mint jelly for a traditional roast lamb or chops
15 SPICE DRY RUB– this recipe combines spices with dark brown sugar. It’s sweet, savory, and spicy all in one blend, a versatile dry rub that is delicious on chicken, pork or beef.
CAJUN RUB– this is a hot Cajun spice mix, great for blackened fish, pork, brisket and chicken.
ALL PURPOSE RUB– a blend of spices, sweet savory in one, not too spicy can be used on fish, meat, poultry and can be used in store bought Bar B Que Sauce
