Bangamary Fillet

These Bangamary Fillet are known as a Guyanese white salmon, they come in both sizes of 2 lbs and 5 lbs. They’re a great choice for frying as it is already fillet and boneless. These go really well when battered in our Louisiana Fish Fry product, when looking for that quick and less time consuming preparation meal.
