Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning is versatile and adds a Jamaican kick to chicken, lamb, pork, fish and vegetable dishes. Simply rub a small amount – 1oz jerk seasoning: 2.2lbs / 1kg – into your meat or fish, for best results marinate overnight to absorb the spicy flavor and then cook until done on your barbeque or in your oven.

Mix a small amount of Jerk Seasoning into mayonnaise to really spice up your hamburger and sandwiches.

AMBROSIA BY CHRISTINE was created by Christine Roopchand-John as an alternative to commercial products filled with additives, preservatives, food colouring and MSG. The Ambrosia by Christine brand includes Curry Paste, Sauces, Fruit Curds, Pasta Sauces Condiments, Jellies and Wine Jellies, all made in small batches to ensure quality control. These products are all natural, using local herb and selected spices. No preservatives and No MSG. All products are Gluten Free.
