Artisan, homemade Lamb Burgers from Jenny’s Kitchen. These are exceptionally good and we have commissioned Jenny to create for us. Please note these are hand-pressed “burgers”, not machine pressed ‘patties’. Patties usually have a lot of ‘extra’ things in them. Things like soy, proteins, whey, fillers, emulsifiers and binders. This is because SOY is cheaper than MEAT.

Our ingredients: Lamb, Yogurt, Fresh Mint, Carrots, Bread Crumbs, Egg, Seasoning. That’s it! Fresh ingredients to let the meat do the talking.

Lamb Shanks

Hind Lamb Shanks from New Zealand. Ranging from 10 to 14 ounces each.

Lamb Shanks make a great dish when slow braised or placed into a slow cooker. Their smaller size make it easy to prepare a small amount of lamb, instead of a large leg or shoulder. We sell these lamb shanks in packs of 2, so they are perfect for individuals or small families.

An excellent minced lamb that we have custom packed. Excellent substitute for ground beef in most applications. Great for meatballs. No freezer burn. No old packs. A 85/15 blend, so it’s a lean minced blend.

Lamb Loin Chop – Single Pack

Small lamb loin chops, perfect for the grill or for the skillet. These cutlets are custom cut, single pack and are bone-in, although the bone is pretty small. These cutlets, in general, are fairly small.
