One of our most requested items. A great clean/white fish. No MSG. No bones. No skin. A very clean fish that holds up on the grill. Also, a very nice fish for the skillet.

Don’t be fooled by retailers selling small portions of Tilapia for the same price. Smaller portioned fillets are much cheaper because they are cut from smaller fish or even scrap cuts. Ours our perfectly sized for a variety of applications.

Each fillet is in it’s own pack, so you can pull out and defrost as many as you need for one serving. These are also vacuum packed, so the edges are not freezer burned.

Boneless, skinless fillets, great for frying, and baking. These are packaged nicely in 5 lb packs, and are great for making fish sandwiches due to its nicely portioned fillet pieces.
