Cathy Francis, owner of the Ginnie Deli at Ginnie Springs, makes one hell of a Sausage Biscuits and Gravy. Anyone from the South East US will know all about that country favorite.
When she visited here in Trinidad, she was unable to make this classic breakfast dish because she couldn’t find ground sausage meat. That’s like ground beef, but sausage (before they put it into casings).
